Owns design bases, heat and mass balances, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, control philosophies, safety reviews, and technical deliverables. Supports client HAZOP and SIL reviews, FAT, commissioning, performance testing, troubleshooting, and applications engineering. Develops engineering standards and leads the process engineering team.

Prepare and revise P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, line and equipment lists, and 3D equipment or skid models. Maintain drafting standards, drawing registers, revisions, and document issues for approval, construction, and as-built records. Incorporate client comments and site markups while ensuring accuracy for HAZOP reviews and fabrication.

Lead mechanical design for process equipment and packaged systems, including vessels, columns, combustion chambers, stacks, refractory-lined equipment, and skids.
