Teams at CRA

Lead a team of Quality Inspectors to enforce inspection standards, NDT programs, and ISO 9001:2015 compliance on defence manufacturing programmes; manage inspections for fabrication, welded assemblies, CNC components, drive CAPA, audits, calibration, and continuous improvement.

Own end-to-end mechanical and piping design packages for defence projects: 3D modelling, piping layouts, fabrication-ready 2D drawings, BOMs, compliance with codes, lead design reviews, resolve cross-functional issues, and mentor junior designers.

Lead end-to-end execution of defence engineering projects from contract handover through design coordination, manufacturing, FAT, dispatch, installation, and commissioning. Manage schedules, resources, client relationships, and cross-functional coordination; ensure compliance with defence documentation and quality standards; mentor junior engineers and represent CRA on site.
