Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, blue-collar, shopfloor, and corporate roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, walk-in drives, hiring-manager coordination, and candidate communication. The role also supports HR operations, employee records, onboarding and exits, attendance, EPF/ESIC enrollment, labor compliance tracking, HR reporting, and employee engagement activities.

Work directly with the founder to lead strategic transformation, build scalable systems and processes, analyze data, develop leadership insights, solve cross-functional operational challenges, and support financial planning, resource allocation, culture, and organizational growth. The role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, technical aptitude, communication skills, and comfort operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding. Handle day-to-day HR operations such as employee records, lifecycle documentation, attendance, leave, PF/ESIC enrollment, statutory compliance, reporting, and engagement activities. Partner with hiring managers in an engineering and manufacturing environment while maintaining accurate and confidential HR information.
