Respond to customer inquiries, enter orders, schedule shipments, handle returns/complaints, record interactions in CRM, support field sales, upsell/cross-sell, coordinate demos and shipping, and maintain product and industry knowledge for radiation oncology medical devices.

Provide quality engineering support across manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain to ensure product quality and compliance. Lead nonconformance investigations, process validation, inspection strategies, statistical analysis, risk management, and continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and improve process capability.

Lead and conduct complaint investigations, return material evaluations, root cause analyses, and CAPA activities. Perform risk assessments, trend analysis, and cross-functional coordination to implement corrective actions and improve the Quality Management System. Mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead ownership and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and change management processes. Oversee complaint handling, investigations, CAPA, configuration management, product data governance, and risk-based process governance. Drive simplification, cross-functional coordination, performance monitoring, and organizational capability building while recruiting and developing quality and change specialists to ensure compliance and scalable, efficient processes.
