Drives inside-sales revenue for medical device products through inbound and outbound selling, lead generation, quoting, order entry, CRM management, customer support, and upselling. Provides product guidance to radiation oncology professionals and hospital buyers, coordinates shipments and returns, resolves complaints, and partners with territory sales managers to advance opportunities. Maintains accurate customer records, supports forecasting, shares market feedback, and collaborates with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.

Leads polymer and thermoplastic materials and product development from research through commercialization, translating laboratory concepts into scalable, manufacturable, reliable, and regulatory-compliant medical products. Partners with R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, commercial teams, suppliers, consultants, and IP counsel. Provides technical leadership for design verification, validation, risk analysis, process development, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, intellectual property, and customer-informed product enhancements.

Manages medical device design control activities, project documentation, vendor coordination, mechanical and electromechanical design, SolidWorks modeling, design reviews, verification and validation testing, regulatory documentation, risk analyses, Design History Files, manufacturing transfer, and project planning. The role applies design-for-manufacturability principles, supports continuous improvement, conducts market and intellectual property research, and coordinates internal and external stakeholders throughout product development.
