The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, manual dexterity, basic computer skills, workplace safety awareness, and the ability to follow English work instructions.

Staff Accountant responsible for bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close support, financial statements, reporting, data analysis, and AP/AR assistance. The role also supports budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, recordkeeping, and ad hoc management requests. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, ERP and Excel proficiency, analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
