Sell VinSolutions products to franchise dealerships across an assigned multi-state territory, driving revenue and new customer acquisition. Use cold calling, networking, and CRM tools to meet quotas while collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions like phone, data, and cloud services.

Manage vehicle placement and staging within an assigned lot zone to safety and efficiency standards. Move, label, and stage vehicles, identify inoperable units, coordinate with supervisors, crew leaders and service/tow teams, and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Use supervisor dashboards to prioritize moves, identify inoperable vehicles and coordinate towing, and support continuous improvement efforts. Maintain communication with crew leaders and managers, follow company safety and conduct policies, perform assigned duties including possible overtime, and work outdoors on a part-time day schedule.

Lead and support M&A, investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Perform market and financial analysis, valuation and due diligence, coordinate cross-functional teams, support deal execution and integration planning, and prepare executive communications to drive transaction decisions and value realization.

Design, build, test, and deploy scalable, secure full-stack software. Own end-to-end delivery, write automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot production, mentor engineers, and drive spec-driven and AI-assisted development practices.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, delivering talent strategies, organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance. Lead talent management processes, advise on People Solutions programs, analyze organizational data, support employee relations, and guide leaders through change and transformation initiatives. Hybrid role with up to 25% travel.

Build AI-driven detection/response, integrate and administer monitoring tools, write synthetic tests, automate alert responses, own production observability, and partner with engineering teams to reduce incident time-to-resolution.
