Perform vehicle account administration including VIN and title data entry in AS400, maintain vehicle files, coordinate with title/transportation/accounting teams, prepare sale runs and reports, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure accurate post-sale processing and inventory reconciliation.

Drive product strategy and delivery for NextGear Capital by translating business strategy into product plans, prioritizing epics/features, maintaining backlog, and partnering with engineering and stakeholders. Lead discovery, roadmap planning, KPI analysis, experimentation, and process improvements, leveraging AI tooling to accelerate the product development lifecycle and improve customer and operational outcomes.

Serve as primary post-sale contact for commercial clients, resolving account issues, coordinating vehicle preparation and transportation, auditing sale processes, managing invoicing and reporting, educating clients on services, and liaising with internal teams to ensure efficient auction operations and client satisfaction.
