Manage internal and external relationships and coordinate end-to-end auction operations. Enter and maintain vehicle and pricing data (AS/400), verify titles/documents, prepare sale notifications, reconcile bills and post-sale invoicing, investigate inventory/report errors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth auction processes.

Serve as primary account liaison for auction clients, resolve client issues, coordinate vehicle sale and reconditioning processes, audit condition reports and imaging, upsell Manheim/CAI services, and maintain client SLAs while communicating with internal auction teams.

Organize and stage vehicles within assigned lot zones to company standards, move and label vehicles, coordinate with crew leaders, ensure safety and vehicle operability, and support continuous improvement and company policies.
