Responsibilities include meeting revenue and retention targets, managing sales forecasts, conducting ROI reviews, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, providing data-driven business consultations, supporting solution implementation, and resolving customer issues. The role requires extensive travel throughout a defined Southern/Central California territory and building relationships with multiple dealer decision-makers.
