Coordinates customer vehicle pickups and deliveries, transporter schedules, vehicle inventory, aging reports, van records, and auction logistics. Supervises transportation employees, schedules work, monitors performance, supports hiring and discipline, and conducts safety meetings. Maintains dealership relationships, resolves transportation issues, coordinates arbitrated vehicle movements, and ensures compliance with operational, OSHA, and workplace safety requirements.

Develop and maintain enterprise platforms, infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, configuration management, monitoring, and CI/CD tools across public and private clouds. Support secure, resilient software delivery by automating packaging and deployment, tracking system performance, documenting procedures, and collaborating with delivery and operations teams. The intern will also use AI tools for productivity, testing, and automation.

Serves as the primary liaison for assigned automotive auction accounts, managing client issues, SLAs, vehicle readiness, reconditioning, sale-lineup coordination, condition-report and imaging audits, redemptions, compliance, and documentation. Coordinates with auction teams and vendors, communicates vehicle condition and service recommendations, supports sales processes, and recommends relevant products and services. Requires advanced automotive inspection and reconditioning knowledge, strong client-service skills, and adherence to safety and NAAA standards.
