Own and optimise NetSuite Financials, lead finance systems projects, automate processes, support month- and year-end close, ensure data governance and controls, assist audits, manage user access, and train finance system users.

Manage and forecast inventory to meet demand, oversee inbound shipments from the Far East into UK and US warehouses, track and expedite deliveries, liaise with suppliers and internal teams on timelines, maintain ERP/WMS data accuracy, and support new product introduction planning and cross-department collaboration.

Handle inbound customer and trade enquiries via phone and email, maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, support technical queries, prepare quotes, and deliver professional, high-quality service while building strong customer relationships.
