Provide exceptional customer support to trade and retail customers through phone, email, and other channels. Responsibilities include managing high-volume enquiries, answering technical questions, preparing quotations, conducting follow-up calls, supporting trade enquiries, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and at least one year of customer service experience.

Provides high-volume customer support through phone, email, and written correspondence. Processes orders, quotations, returns, refunds, replacement orders, and customer records while handling technical product queries. Supports Trade Sales with customer enquiries and applications, explains policies, maintains product knowledge, reports feedback, and completes administrative tasks accurately. Requires strong communication, multitasking, CRM and ERP skills, attention to detail, and a proactive team-oriented approach.

Provide technical support to customers, designers, electricians, and contractors on switches, sockets, hardware, and lighting. Advise on product selection, wiring, load compatibility, dimming, installation, and troubleshooting by phone and email. Support the customer service team, identify recurring technical questions, and recommend FAQ updates. The role requires electrical experience, strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
