Develop product and ecosystem strategy for Elgato, identifying and executing technology partnerships, integrations, bundling, and licensing opportunities. Analyze trends and competitors, collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and legal teams, shape partnership-driven product experiences, manage partner relationships and programs, and report on ecosystem performance. The role requires ownership of new product initiatives from concept through execution.

Manage 3–4 concurrent hardware projects from concept through mass-production handover. Coordinate global mechanical, electrical, firmware, software, marketing, operations, and supplier teams; track milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and documentation; and drive decisions balancing cost, timeline, and quality. The role requires strong international communication, technical understanding, autonomy, and occasional international travel.

Develop and maintain a cross-platform Stream Deck desktop application using TypeScript, React, and modern web technologies. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams on requirements, implementation, testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and user experience improvements. The role also involves exploring emerging technologies and applying CI/CD and automation best practices.
