Processes accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, vendor check requests, and payments. Reviews documentation and approvals, responds to vendor inquiries, reconciles vendor statements, resolves discrepancies, and maintains accurate financial records. Assists with month-end and year-end closing, internal control procedures, and accounting projects. Requires strong Excel and database skills, ERP familiarity, effective communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT programs across multiple workstreams. Manage scope, schedules, governance, risks, budgets, vendors, resources, and executive communications. Lead project managers, coordinate Agile or Waterfall delivery, ensure testing and go-live readiness, and support change management and operational handoff. Drive compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and change management standards while leading post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.

Designs and executes manual and automated tests for desktop and web applications, including functional, regression, integration, exploratory, cross-browser, API, installer, and update testing. Collaborates with development, product, and design teams; tracks defects in Jira; verifies fixes; participates in Agile ceremonies; integrates automated testing into CI/CD pipelines; documents test results and quality metrics; and improves QA processes.
