Design, implement, and execute manual and automated test plans for web and desktop applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and API testing. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD. Track defects in Jira, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in Agile ceremonies to improve QA processes and ensure release quality.

Create visual assets for packaging, digital marketing, retail collateral, and web imagery. Translate briefs into print and digital deliverables, maintain asset archives, follow brand guidelines, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally in English and Mandarin.

Perform software and firmware QA testing, create and execute test plans, record and analyze test data, file bugs in tracking tools, compile reports, troubleshoot Windows/macOS/phone and PC hardware, and advise stakeholders on product quality.
