Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, deployment workflows, observability, logging, monitoring, and alerts across AWS and multicloud environments. Support production applications, develop infrastructure as code, manage package infrastructure, optimize AWS costs, and establish engineering standards. The role requires collaboration with development and operations teams, scripting and coding, container orchestration, cloud administration, documentation, and promotion of DevOps practices.

Define organizational technical vision and architecture, lead cross-team platform and modernization initiatives, design high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems, set engineering standards, mentor teams, drive performance/resilience/cost optimizations, and influence technology and business strategy.

Lead the Digital Growth engineering team delivering customer-facing web and mobile experiences. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, ensuring quality and scalability, partnering with Product, Design, Marketing, and Growth teams, coaching engineers, supporting hiring, managing delivery risks, driving Agile practices, and monitoring team health and delivery metrics.

Design, implement, and maintain backend components, APIs, and services using .NET Core and AWS. Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and cross-functional delivery. Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
