Provides strategic leadership for the organization's marketing, communications, brand, digital, social media, advertising, website, and visual identity functions. Oversees campaigns, content, e-communications, analytics, accessibility, vendor relationships, workflows, and organizational messaging. Manages and mentors the marketing and communications team while partnering with executive and cross-functional leaders to advance mission impact and community engagement.

Creates and maintains branded digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, social graphics, presentations, event materials, web banners, email graphics, and infographics. Collaborates with communications, content, and project teams to support messaging and organizational goals. Reviews designs for accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency while maintaining organized project files, version control, and asset libraries.

Manages the adoption process from parental rights termination through permanency. Reviews and approves adoption documentation, monitors key deadlines, attends hearings and staffing meetings, completes background checks, assigns home studies, ensures quality and compliance, and approves related invoices. The role leads and supports staff while collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, families, and child-placing partners to complete adoptions efficiently.

Manages donor database administration and data integrity using Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT. Oversees gift and constituent data entry, verification, imports, updates, receipting, acknowledgements, queries, exports, custom reports, segmented lists, and fundraising-related systems. Collaborates with Finance to integrate Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge for revenue reporting and gift processing. Serves as the internal specialist and primary contact for donor data systems.

The IIS IFRS Specialist will provide in-home services to families, teaching skills for stability, crisis management, and connecting them to community resources.

The Process Coordinator assists in documentation and compliance for special education services, coordinates program components, conducts assessments, and provides direct instruction as needed.

Provide case management and independent living services for youth 16+, coordinate service planning with families and child welfare teams, connect youth to benefits (Chafee), arrange supportive resources, assess safety and placement needs, and assist with adult guardianship and permanency options.

The Adoption Accelerator KS will work with the DCF and Foster Care team to serve children in need of adoption by assessing families and managing documentation for adoption processes.

Provide mentoring, coaching, and training to high-acuity foster care case managers and behavioral interventionists; conduct documentation audits and peer record reviews; perform case consultations and quality assurance; carry a caseload of 10–12 high-acuity youth using Signs of Safety; support strategic planning, program improvements, and assume manager duties as needed.
