The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure compliance with contracts, assess program processes, and support risk mitigation efforts for service quality.

The Performance Improvement Specialist assesses programs using the PQI framework, analyzes data, supports quality service improvements, and collaborates with staff to enhance documentation and outcomes.

Provide intensive in-home support to families to prevent child abuse/neglect and out-of-home placements. Carry 2–3 cases, deliver 8–10 hours/week per family during 4–12 week interventions, respond to crises 24/7, connect families with community resources, and promote safety, permanency, and well-being through home visits and skill-building.
