Provides intensive in-home support to families during crisis and reunification interventions. Teaches parenting, communication, budgeting, crisis management, problem-solving, home maintenance, and life skills; connects families with community resources; conducts home visits; supports safety, permanency, and well-being; prevents abuse, neglect, and out-of-home placement; and remains available 24/7 for emergencies.

Provides intensive in-home services to families experiencing crises, teaching problem-solving, parenting, communication, budgeting, crisis management, and life skills. Maintains 2–3 cases, conducts home visits, supports family stabilization and reunification, prevents child abuse and out-of-home placements, connects families with community resources, and provides 24/7 crisis support. Serves Jackson County and collaborates with an IIS/IFRS team.

Provides strategic leadership for the organization's marketing, communications, brand, digital, social media, advertising, website, and visual identity functions. Oversees campaigns, content, e-communications, analytics, accessibility, vendor relationships, workflows, and organizational messaging. Manages and mentors the marketing and communications team while partnering with executive and cross-functional leaders to advance mission impact and community engagement.
