Develop project layouts, 2D and 3D models, coordinate systems, alignment sheets, site plans, and technical drawings while following industry standards. Collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, and senior drafting staff to ensure model accuracy and drawing quality. The role is primarily office-based, with less than 10% travel and occasional overtime.

Manage field survey crews, including site logistics, scheduling, safety meetings, supplies, subordinate direction, and survey data acquisition. Download, compile, review, edit, and manage survey data using company standards. Communicate field conditions to clients and project teams, interpret survey maps and construction drawings, perform COGO computations, and support boundary, topographic, and vertical surveys. Work outdoors on construction sites with up to 100% travel, overtime, and physically demanding terrain conditions.

Performs right-of-way acquisition and easement negotiations for energy infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include researching land ownership and property records, preparing valuations, offers, legal descriptions, and acquisition documents, negotiating with landowners, securing permits, resolving encroachments, reviewing title and appraisal materials, documenting communications, and coordinating complex property-rights matters with management and legal counsel. The role requires 25–30% travel and may involve overtime or weekend work.

Supports Project Managers in planning and delivering energy infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include assisting with proposals and schedules, tracking project progress, budgets, expenditures, quality, subcontractor invoices, and change orders, reviewing field reports, preparing communication charts, coordinating staffing needs, and communicating project status to clients and management. The role is primarily office-based, may require overtime and less than 30% travel, and supports pipeline and electric transmission projects.
