Leads field survey crews supporting energy infrastructure projects. Manages personnel, logistics, supplies, scheduling, safety meetings, data collection, and survey data processing. Reviews and adjusts survey data for project deliverables, communicates field conditions to office and clients, and supports hiring and performance reviews. Requires extensive outdoor work, physical activity, overtime, weekends, and up to 100% travel.

Create and maintain drafting deliverables for energy infrastructure and utility projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Cadworx, and Plant 3D. Develop project layouts, 2D and 3D models, coordinate systems, alignment sheets, site plans, and technical drawings while following industry standards. Collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, and senior drafting staff to ensure model accuracy and drawing quality. The role is primarily office-based, with less than 10% travel and occasional overtime.

Manage field survey crews, including site logistics, scheduling, safety meetings, supplies, subordinate direction, and survey data acquisition. Download, compile, review, edit, and manage survey data using company standards. Communicate field conditions to clients and project teams, interpret survey maps and construction drawings, perform COGO computations, and support boundary, topographic, and vertical surveys. Work outdoors on construction sites with up to 100% travel, overtime, and physically demanding terrain conditions.
