Lead client-facing consulting engagements advising community banks, credit unions, and fintechs on digital banking, payments, contact center, branch transformation, and customer experience. Assess operating models and technology, develop strategic roadmaps, run vendor evaluations/RFPs, analyze performance data, deliver executive presentations, and support business development.

Lead FP&A processes including annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and 3-statement financial modeling. Provide variance analysis, strategic finance partnership, support M&A and due diligence, develop board/investor materials, improve systems and automation, and manage a small FP&A team.

Lead and build the firm's legal function: draft, negotiate, and modernize commercial agreements; create legal playbooks, contracting standards, and contract management systems; advise on enterprise risk, data, privacy, and AI-related matters; coordinate diligence, M&A support, and outside counsel; serve as trusted legal advisor to executive leadership and participate in operating committee decisions.

Provide on-demand consulting services to financial institutions as a 1099 associate: deliver analysis, strategic recommendations, and project deliverables; lead workshops and client meetings; act as subject-matter expert on nonrecurring projects; protect intellectual property and collaborate with engagement teams to support core systems selection, strategic planning, M&A due diligence, operational effectiveness, and vendor advisory.

Negotiate complex banking technology contracts, build financial models and pricing benchmarks, analyze contract terms, develop negotiation strategies, manage 3+ month engagements, draft client deliverables, coordinate meetings, support RFPs, and deliver executive-level client service.
