Build semantic models, dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics (forecasting, segmentation, predictive models). Optimize T-SQL, DAX, and ETL/ELT processes, enforce data governance and RLS, mentor teams, and partner with executives and stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable BI solutions.

Supports active management consulting projects through client research, financial modeling, benchmarking, and industry analysis. Interns help develop project deliverables, present Capstone findings to leadership, work with mentors, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions. The 10-week, on-site program serves rising undergraduate seniors and MBA students interested in banking, fintech, and consulting.

Provide on-demand consulting services to financial institutions as a 1099 associate: deliver analysis, strategic recommendations, and project deliverables; lead workshops and client meetings; act as subject-matter expert on nonrecurring projects; protect intellectual property and collaborate with engagement teams to support core systems selection, strategic planning, M&A due diligence, operational effectiveness, and vendor advisory.
