Supports banks and credit unions in negotiating complex technology contracts. Analyzes vendor proposals, pricing, invoices, contracts, and total cost of ownership; builds financial models; researches market benchmarks; supports negotiation strategy and live negotiations; prepares client deliverables; and coordinates project tasks under senior consultant guidance.

Oversee daily corporate office operations, facilities coordination, workplace services, vendors, supplies, visitors, meetings, events, safety, security, access, office moves, and onboarding support. Coordinate with Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Events while supporting the COO with administrative projects and process improvements. Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace through accurate recordkeeping, issue resolution, purchasing coordination, and reliable service delivery.

Provides internal IT support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, access, VPN, and endpoint issues. Owns help desk cases through resolution, documents solutions, escalates complex problems, supports hybrid work systems, and manages employee onboarding and offboarding access. Educates users on technology best practices and security protocols while maintaining service levels and recommending improvements.
