Build and lead CorePlan’s sales enablement function across global regions. Automate onboarding and offboarding, support SOC 2 and ISO 27001, coordinate penetration testing, respond to customer security questionnaires, and provide hands-on employee support.

Generate and qualify leads through multichannel outbound campaigns across phone, email, and social. Use HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build pipeline, explain the SaaS product to prospects, qualify opportunities, maintain CRM records, and report activity. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams before handing qualified opportunities to Account Executives. The role provides mentorship and a progression path into an Account Executive position.

Manage daily accounting and payroll across Australian and Canadian operations. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, accounts payable, credit card expense reconciliation, payroll processing and record maintenance, month-end journals and accruals, financial reporting support, invoicing, and overdue payment follow-up. The role requires strong attention to detail, accounting knowledge, and experience with Xero in a fast-paced environment.

Generate and qualify outbound leads across phone, email, landing pages, and social. Build awareness, document opportunities, keep CRM current, and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives. Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to refine outbound strategy and meet quarterly goals.

Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs and microservices for a cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform. Design data models and optimise PostgreSQL performance, integrate field hardware and third-party systems, ensure security and reliability for 24/7 operations, improve CI/CD and deployments, collaborate with frontend/product/design, and mentor junior developers.
