Lead and grow a client success organization to drive renewals and upsells. Hire, coach, and evaluate teams; develop strategy, improve client satisfaction, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet regional renewal and growth targets while attending events and customer meetings.

Design and build features across a React/TypeScript frontend and Go backend for real-time dispatch systems. Implement WebSocket-driven tracking, GIS integrations, multi-tenant architectures, performance and state management improvements, production debugging, and collaborate with Product and Operations to deliver agency commitments.

Coordinate and manage basic client projects (refreshes, expansions, renewals) to ensure on-time, in-scope, on-budget delivery. Maintain project documentation, communicate timelines and risks, liaise between teams, update status daily in PM tools, escalate incidents, and capture lessons learned to improve processes.

Lead embedded firmware development and board bring-up for production hardware. Design and maintain C/C++ firmware for bare-metal and embedded Linux/RTOS, implement device drivers, tune ISRs and low-level timing, perform hardware/firmware debugging with lab tools, develop BSPs and bootloaders, optimize performance and power, create tests, and collaborate across hardware, software, and product teams in an agile environment.

Lead design and delivery of scalable Spring Boot microservices and serverless systems on cloud platforms. Mentor engineers, own CI/CD and databases, implement event-driven architectures, optimize SQL and system performance, participate in on-call incident response, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive architecture and technical standards.

Design and govern enterprise data models, databases, streaming/event-driven architectures, caching, warehousing, and BI to support analytics and AI use cases. Lead performance tuning, capacity planning, data lifecycle, governance, and cross-functional architecture reviews while mentoring engineering teams and creating documentation and migration plans.

Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A for a SaaS/HaaS business. Build sophisticated financial models, run variance and cohort analyses, support strategic initiatives and M&A, and drive AI/automation adoption to improve reporting, forecasting accuracy, and Finance productivity.

Drive regional sales for Coreforces public safety SaaS and hardware products. Acquire clients, develop territory sales strategy, deliver presentations, negotiate and close deals, manage long sales cycles, and handle administrative tasks. Must maintain FBI and State CJIS clearance and travel extensively (50%+).

Lead and develop a high-performing BDR team to generate pipeline and qualify leads. Recruit, coach, and set performance standards; drive outbound prospecting, CRM (HubSpot) adoption, reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Marketing to convert inquiries into opportunities and closed business.

Lead quality engineering across web, API, mobile, and device domains. Design and implement automated UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests. Validate devices, mobile apps, cloud services, and data flows. Drive non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, security), integrate tests into CI/CD, analyze defects, mentor junior engineers, and report quality and release readiness.

Lead end-to-end hardware product strategy and development for vehicle-mounted communication and imaging systems. Define technical requirements, collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and software teams, run pilots, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive production and field validation for ruggedized, connected devices.

Act as primary Client Success contact for Tier 4 public safety agencies; run quarterly digital engagement, plan renewals 12-18 months ahead, process quotes/purchase/sales orders, identify early account risk and coordinate mitigation plans.

Design and build large-scale data migration systems, map heterogeneous legacy sources into the platform, ensure end-to-end data correctness, create repeatable tooling, support analytics and BI, optimize performance and storage, debug production data issues, and collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Ops for agency onboarding.
