Drive territory sales of Coreforce’s SaaS and hardware to public safety customers. Develop sales strategy, acquire clients, deliver presentations, negotiate and close deals, manage long sales cycles, complete administrative tasks, and travel 50%+; must pass and maintain FBI and State CJIS clearance.

Coordinate and manage basic client projects (refreshes, expansions, renewals) to ensure on-time, in-scope, on-budget delivery. Maintain project documentation, communicate timelines and risks, liaise between teams, update status daily in PM tools, escalate incidents, and capture lessons learned to improve processes.

Manage multiple complex client projects from initiation through closing, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams; maintain documentation, risk registers, schedules, and project communications. Mentor team members, report performance to management, update project status daily in PM software, and transition completed projects to Client Success. Travel up to 20% including overnight trips.

Manage Tier 4 public safety accounts as primary client contact. Execute quarterly digital engagements, plan renewals 12–18 months ahead, process quotes and orders, identify early customer risk, and coordinate mitigation plans to drive retention and satisfaction.

Provide Tier 1 technical support for Coreforce applications and hardware via phone, chat, email, and remote desktop. Troubleshoot devices, basic network connectivity, document issues in Zendesk, and participate in on-call rotation to resolve customer issues.

Support the sales team by identifying customer needs, demonstrating body camera hardware and evidence management software, advising on integrations and data security, ensuring smooth handoffs to implementation, and building relationships with law enforcement and public safety stakeholders.

Design and build features across a React/TypeScript frontend and Go backend for real-time dispatch systems. Implement WebSocket-driven tracking, GIS integrations, multi-tenant architectures, performance and state management improvements, production debugging, and collaborate with Product and Operations to deliver agency commitments.

Lead and grow a client success organization to drive renewals and upsells. Hire, coach, and evaluate teams; develop strategy, improve client satisfaction, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet regional renewal and growth targets while attending events and customer meetings.
