General Counsel will own the company’s legal function, handling commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor and partner agreements, employment matters, privacy, intellectual property, and technology-related legal issues. The role advises executives and business leaders, manages contractual risk, develops legal processes and templates, interprets agreements, maintains corporate records, and oversees specialized outside counsel and legal spend.

Provides Tier 1 technical support to public safety organization clients through phone, chat, email, and remote desktop tools. Troubleshoots applications, hardware, and basic network connectivity; documents cases in Zendesk; escalates complex issues; educates users; identifies recurring problems; improves documentation; and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Lead and develop a high-performing BDR team to generate pipeline and qualify leads. Recruit, coach, and set performance standards; drive outbound prospecting, CRM (HubSpot) adoption, reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Marketing to convert inquiries into opportunities and closed business.

Lead end-to-end hardware product strategy and development for vehicle-mounted communication and imaging systems. Define technical requirements, collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and software teams, run pilots, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive production and field validation for ruggedized, connected devices.

Lead architecture and implementation of Spring Boot microservices and cloud/serverless solutions. Own CI/CD and DevOps, design event-driven systems (SNS/SQS, EventBridge, Kafka), mentor engineers, drive cross-team technical direction, reliability, performance, and hiring/architecture standards across products.

Lead and grow a client success organization to drive renewals and upsells. Hire, coach, and evaluate teams; develop strategy, improve client satisfaction, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet regional renewal and growth targets while attending events and customer meetings.

Build and maintain full-stack software across Java and Spring Boot backend services, TypeScript frontend applications, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, event-driven systems, and cloud deployments. Own services within a microservices architecture, improve CI/CD pipelines, write comprehensive tests, participate in code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor production systems, and maintain technical documentation.

Owns the post-implementation lifecycle for complex public-safety SaaS accounts. Responsibilities include driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, executive alignment, account health monitoring, risk mitigation, escalations, business reviews, cross-functional issue resolution, CRM documentation, and coordination with Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Owns the post-implementation lifecycle for complex public-safety agency accounts, driving adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, executive alignment, and client value. Responsibilities include monitoring account health, identifying risks and growth opportunities, leading business reviews, coordinating cross-functional issue resolution, supporting quotes and sales orders, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role builds relationships with operational and executive stakeholders and requires approximately 25–30% or more travel.

Lead and develop a project management team while personally managing complex, customer-facing implementations. Establish standards, oversee scope, schedule, risks, and cross-functional coordination, drive delivery predictability, and report portfolio status to leadership.

Manage quote-to-cash revenue processes: enter orders in NetSuite, create billing schedules and revenue arrangements, run monthly revenue recognition, reconcile unbilled AR and deferred revenue, support audits, collaborate with Sales/Client Success, and ensure ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP compliance.
