Serves as Coreforce’s primary legal resource, leading commercial contracting, customer agreements, NDAs, vendor and partner contracts, and risk management. Advises executives and cross-functional teams on contracts, employment, intellectual property, privacy, data security, and corporate matters. Develops legal processes and templates, manages outside counsel and legal spend, and provides practical business-oriented guidance in a technology company.

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware in C/C++ for bare-metal, RTOS, and embedded Linux platforms. Responsibilities include device drivers, board bring-up, interrupt handling, bootloader and BSP integration, debugging hardware and firmware issues, testing, documentation, code reviews, and Scrum collaboration. The role works with hardware engineers on production public-safety devices and supports reliable, field-deployed technology.

Manage multiple complex client projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include stakeholder coordination, project planning, risk and change management, vendor oversight, budget monitoring, documentation, status reporting, client communications, team mentoring, and transition to Client Success. The role requires approximately 25% overnight travel and collaboration with public safety organizations and cross-functional teams.
