General Counsel will own the company’s legal function, handling commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor and partner agreements, employment matters, privacy, intellectual property, and technology-related legal issues. The role advises executives and business leaders, manages contractual risk, develops legal processes and templates, interprets agreements, maintains corporate records, and oversees specialized outside counsel and legal spend.

Provides Tier 1 technical support to public safety organization clients through phone, chat, email, and remote desktop tools. Troubleshoots applications, hardware, and basic network connectivity; documents cases in Zendesk; escalates complex issues; educates users; identifies recurring problems; improves documentation; and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Lead and develop a high-performing BDR team to generate pipeline and qualify leads. Recruit, coach, and set performance standards; drive outbound prospecting, CRM (HubSpot) adoption, reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Marketing to convert inquiries into opportunities and closed business.
