Oversee affordable housing compliance operations, including certifications, recertifications, file quality control, audits, regulatory updates, reporting, and process improvement. Lead, coach, and develop Compliance Specialists while monitoring workloads, service levels, performance metrics, and corrective actions. Partner with property operations, leasing, asset management, accounting, and development teams to meet occupancy and compliance goals. Support agency audits, investor reviews, policy development, system implementations, and departmental initiatives.

Lead and manage the Compliance Department for affordable housing programs, overseeing certifications, recertifications, file quality, SLA adherence, audits, and regulatory compliance (LIHTC, HUD, HOME, bonds). Coach and develop compliance staff, partner cross-functionally to meet occupancy and compliance goals, drive process improvements, and support reporting and corrective actions.

Leads strategic sourcing for construction materials and subcontracted services, managing $150M–$200M in spend. Develops category strategies, sourcing calendars, cost models, supplier relationship programs, performance metrics, negotiations, and contracts. Partners cross-functionally with preconstruction, construction, procurement, and business stakeholders to optimize cost, quality, delivery, risk, innovation, and total cost of ownership.

Coordinates and administers learning and development programs, including scheduling, onboarding, training delivery, communications, materials, attendance tracking, reporting, and LMS administration. Facilitates in-person and virtual training, develops eLearning and other learning content using instructional design and adult learning principles, partners with subject matter experts, and supports leadership development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Owns budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and business intelligence for a real estate portfolio. Builds dashboards and planning models, analyzes operating and investment performance, improves data and reporting processes, and translates findings into recommendations. Partners with Asset Management, Property Management, Accounting, Finance, and Investor Relations while mentoring junior analysts and supporting capital planning, lease-up analysis, and portfolio reviews.

Oversee operations and management of a portfolio of multifamily residential properties. Lead property management teams, manage budgets and financial reporting, preserve assets, drive marketing and leasing strategies, maximize revenue and net operating income, reduce vacancies, and improve resident and employee satisfaction. The role requires regular site visits, leadership, mentorship, cross-functional communication, and management of shifting priorities across multiple properties.

The Corporate Accountant maintains general ledger entries, cash balances, billing, payroll journals, invoices, accruals, and financial records. Responsibilities include preparing monthly financial packages, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing consolidated financial statements, supporting business decisions, managing development work-in-process schedules and GP loans, and assisting with external audits.
