Supports investor sales and service activities by managing investor relationships, engaging prospects, advancing capital-raising opportunities, tracking pipelines, and coordinating subscription agreements and closings. Maintains CRM records, prepares presentations and offering materials, documents investor interactions, and coordinates timely responses with Legal, Finance, Development, and Equity teams. Participates in investor meetings and events while supporting long-term investor retention and growth.

Supports investor sales and service by managing investor relationships, conducting outreach, tracking capital-raising pipelines, coordinating subscription agreements and closings, maintaining CRM records, preparing presentations and offering materials, and facilitating timely communication with investors and internal teams. The role helps secure equity commitments, support investor onboarding and retention, and advance toward independent investor coverage.

Supports investor relationship development and servicing, coordinates multifamily equity raises, manages onboarding paperwork and investor communications, and maintains transaction tracking systems. Partners with Finance and Legal on project sales, refinances, contracts, and offering materials. Also assists with investor events, marketing communications, gifting, and investment portal administration.
