Oversee management and operations of multiple residential properties, drive revenue and net operating income, manage budgets and leasing, preserve assets, ensure resident satisfaction, mentor on-site teams, implement marketing and leasing strategies, and perform regular site visits to achieve financial and operational goals.

Lead enterprise people strategy as a senior leader, partnering with executives to drive talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, compliance, organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, HRIS/people analytics, and culture. Build scalable HR infrastructure, lead a high-performing HR team, manage external partnerships, and advise on change management and performance accountability to support growth and multi-site operations.

Lead enterprise brand strategy, governance, and communications across all business lines. Oversee PR, media relations, crisis communications, corporate website and social media governance, events and sponsorships. Align cross-functional marketing teams, set brand standards and approval processes, manage enterprise marketing calendar, and provide executive communications counsel. Build, coach, and develop the Brand & Communications team to ensure consistent enterprise messaging and reputation management.
