Oversee operations and management of a portfolio of multifamily residential properties. Lead property management teams, manage budgets and financial reporting, preserve assets, drive marketing and leasing strategies, maximize revenue and net operating income, reduce vacancies, and improve resident and employee satisfaction. The role requires regular site visits, leadership, mentorship, cross-functional communication, and management of shifting priorities across multiple properties.

Supports construction project execution from startup through closeout by maintaining project files, records, logs, drawings, and correspondence. Coordinates Procore items including submittals, RFIs, contracts, change orders, safety documentation, and closeout materials. Participates in meetings, documents project status, supports the project executive, and maintains relationships with owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Performs local travel and physical site inspections as needed.

The Corporate Accountant maintains general ledger entries, cash balances, billing, payroll journals, invoices, accruals, and financial records. Responsibilities include preparing monthly financial packages, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing consolidated financial statements, supporting business decisions, managing development work-in-process schedules and GP loans, and assisting with external audits.
