The Director of Market Strategy develops and executes market strategies, builds relationships with stakeholders, leads pursuit strategies, and manages the pipeline and performance.

Plan, lead, and execute internal and external corporate events (conferences, recognition events, grand openings). Manage vendors, venues, budgets, RSVPs, logistics, inventory, and Monday.com project tracking. Coordinate with executives and marketing, attend events for day-of execution, handle setup/teardown, photography, troubleshooting, and post-event feedback to improve future events.

The Supply Chain Analyst supports purchasing analysis and program execution, focusing on financial performance and operational consistency for construction projects. Responsibilities involve data analysis, collaboration with teams, rebate tracking, and process improvement to enhance project efficiency.
