Administers and supports client network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN systems, Cisco networking, wireless access points, IP phones, security platforms, MFA, content filtering, and network monitoring. Troubleshoots communication issues, implements configuration changes and upgrades, maintains network documentation and performance reports, and provides Level 1 and 2 technical support. Collaborates with vendors and internal staff while managing server, workstation, virtualization, backup, and identity-related technologies.

Provides technical support for Cisco IP phones and end-user hardware and software. Troubleshoots issues through phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems; installs equipment; maintains support records; coordinates vendor replacements; and develops user training materials and documentation. Requires strong communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with common workplace technology and Microsoft Office.

Maintains daily network operations, administers Cisco routing and switching infrastructure, configures and upgrades network systems, monitors LAN/WAN performance, troubleshoots issues, manages Cisco ISE and Firepower, and prepares network status reports.
