As a Full Stack Developer, you will manage end-to-end delivery of projects, participating in agile sprints, and developing features using a diverse technology stack. You will ensure technical quality, collaborate with stakeholders, and support client engagements.

Produce, review and maintain high-assurance technical documentation for naval nuclear capability. Work with engineers and stakeholders to capture complex engineering information, ensure accuracy, traceability and compliance, and support safety, assurance and governance through clear, structured documentation.

Advise Defence and Navy stakeholders on maritime capability definition, development and delivery. Develop and review capability artefacts, provide decision‑ready recommendations, lead projects/workstreams, and engage senior stakeholders across Defence and industry to shape and realise complex maritime capability outcomes.

Provide systems engineering, technical assurance and integration support for Navy programs across the Defence capability lifecycle. Define, develop, integrate and sustain maritime platforms and systems, support verification/validation, test and certification, and deliver engineering governance and stakeholder engagement in a defence maritime environment.

Lead delivery of complex Defence maritime projects from planning through execution. Provide project governance, reporting, risk and schedule management, stakeholder engagement with Defence, industry and internal teams, and produce executive decision-support while improving delivery practices.
