Provides 24/7 technical support to institutional digital asset clients, troubleshooting issues, managing incoming queries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems. The role gathers client feedback for product teams, explains technical requirements, monitors cryptocurrency and blockchain industry developments, and maintains strong client relationships. Associates work rotating shifts five days out of seven, including weekends, in a hybrid environment.

Lead design and implementation of identity, cloud, endpoint, and network security controls. Administer IAM, drive vulnerability remediation, automate security workflows (IaC, scripting), integrate telemetry into SIEM, and advise engineering and business teams on secure architecture and compliance with SOC2/ISO27001/CIS.

Manage daily cash and liquidity across fiat and digital asset accounts, process and reconcile transactions, support FX and investment activity, assist month-end close and reporting, develop controls and automation for treasury operations, and support audit and regulatory requests.
