The Senior Infrastructure Engineer leads infrastructure management and cloud architecture initiatives, managing both Apple and Windows estates while mentoring junior engineers and enhancing automation solutions.

Build and operate scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for blockchain and traditional systems. Implement Infrastructure as Code, container orchestration, node provisioning and lifecycle management, improve resilience and observability, and provide on-call support to ensure 24/7 availability.

Provide 24/7 technical support and account management to institutional clients, troubleshoot issues, manage incoming queries, liaise with internal teams, gather client feedback for product, and uphold Coppers client-focused standards while working shift rotations.
