Process and code supplier invoices, verify employee expenses, reconcile credit cards and vendor accounts, support payment runs, resolve discrepancies, and match purchase orders to invoices. The role also supports AP systems migrations, policy rollouts, process automation, and stakeholder inquiries while maintaining accurate financial records, internal controls, and timely payments across the organization.

The US MLRO and Financial Crimes Officer will execute day-to-day US AML, sanctions, broker-dealer compliance, and financial-crime risk activities. Responsibilities include SAR and CTR filings, FinCEN and OFAC obligations, KYC and source-of-funds reviews, AML assessments for products and tokens, 314a/314b requests, law-enforcement inquiries, and regulatory examinations. The role requires active FINRA licenses, broker-dealer compliance experience, digital-assets expertise, blockchain analytics knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Provides 24/7 technical support to institutional digital asset clients, troubleshooting issues, managing incoming queries, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems.
