Build Copia’s communications and analyst relations function from scratch, owning PR, analyst briefings, executive thought leadership, launches, social media, customer stories, agencies, and measurement. The role requires strong B2B technology communications experience, ideally in cybersecurity or enterprise infrastructure, with established analyst and media relationships. The leader will develop messaging, manage Gartner, Forrester, and IDC programs, ghostwrite executive content, media-train founders, support product launches, and operate hands-on as a team of one initially. Travel is required up to 20%.

Architect and lead the company’s revenue operations function, advising Sales leadership through forecasting, territory, quota, pipeline, and reporting analysis. Own HubSpot and the go-to-market technology stack, build scalable processes for deal desk, approvals, quote-to-cash, lead routing, renewals, and expansions, and improve funnel performance. Develop AI-powered workflows, intent-signal pipelines, customer-facing assets, and sales enablement materials using tools such as Clay, Zapier, and LLM coding agents.

Lead and grow an Applied AI engineering squad to design, build, and ship GenAI-powered features across Copia's products. Define strategy and roadmap, oversee architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, LLM integration, RAG), ensure reliability and operational quality, mentor engineers, manage hiring and performance, and promote responsible AI practices in a safety-critical domain.
