Define strategy and roadmap, oversee architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, LLM integration, RAG), ensure reliability and operational quality, mentor engineers, manage hiring and performance, and promote responsible AI practices in a safety-critical domain.

Support deployments and post-sale operations of Copia's DeviceLink and Source Control in industrial OT environments. Provide technical support, lead pilots, enable customers, advise on OT network security, collaborate with sales and engineering, and travel up to 25% for on-site assistance.
