Support fundraising for CIP's Credit platform by coordinating cross-functional workstreams, producing investor-facing materials (pitch books, PPMs, DDQs), managing due diligence and investor interactions, tracking fundraising pipelines and analytics, and contributing to market and product analysis to support investor engagement and bespoke solutions.

Originate and develop microgrid customer opportunities by building techno-economic models and business cases, structuring commercial proposals, supporting negotiations, managing stakeholder relationships, conducting market assessments, and coordinating across technical, commercial and delivery teams to drive project development and commercialization.

Provide confidential, proactive administrative support to two Partners, managing complex calendars, travel, onboarding, and stakeholder communications. Optimize workflows using digital tools and AI, coordinate team operations, events, and offsites, and act as a trusted point of contact to drive efficiency across the Flagship Fund team.

Design and deliver global rewards and incentive schemes; develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and communications; engage senior stakeholders; support annual incentive cycles; improve team processes and contribute to strategic priorities.

Provide legal support for fund formation and transaction execution: manage investor negotiations, closings, LP transfers, entity setup, budgeting, process improvements and AI-driven initiatives while coordinating stakeholders and external advisors.

Manage and coordinate regulatory marketing permissions and filings across jurisdictions to support global fundraising. Advise Investor Relations on local marketing rules, track authorizations, oversee related budgets, monitor regulatory obligations, and drive process improvements and scalable, technology-enabled solutions with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

Lead and develop the reception team to ensure a professional, efficient guest experience. Manage staffing, schedules and daily priorities for a team of four, optimize reception processes and standards, support meetings and events, handle administrative tasks, and collaborate with Office Management, Facilities and other stakeholders.
