Part-time legal student analyst supporting CI Capital’s legal team with corporate documentation, entity administration, compliance, KYC, investment subscriptions, transaction documentation, legal research, and ad hoc legal matters. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills, an interest in company and commercial law, responsibility, adaptability, and fluency in English.

Develop and maintain complex financial models covering investments, funds, portfolios, and financing structures. Support the CFO and senior management with scenario analysis, risk and opportunity assessments, financial presentations, and strategic recommendations. Lead work scoping, prioritize initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, manage FP&A processes, and deliver high-impact analyses across multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Build and maintain complex financial models for investments, funds, and financing structures. Conduct scenario analysis, assess risks and opportunities, and prepare recommendations and decision materials for the CFO and senior management. Communicate complex financial topics clearly, collaborate across the organization, and manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
