Provides first-level IT operations support in a SOC/NOC environment, monitoring customer systems and resolving incidents. Configures and troubleshoots Linux and Windows systems, web servers, load balancers, TLS certificates, and databases. The role includes optimization, documentation, knowledge sharing, onboarding colleagues, and shift work covering nights, weekends, and holidays.

Operate, maintain, and improve monitoring infrastructure using Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and InfluxDB. Design alerting, notification, and escalation processes; document network environments; support customer and internal projects; train and onboard colleagues; and participate in a 24/7 shift roster including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Manage network and firewall operations across internal and customer environments. Implement and document VPNs and firewall rules, design network environments, troubleshoot routing and connectivity issues, and introduce automation with Ansible, Python, or Bash. Collaborate with SOC teams on firewall logs and security incidents, participate in NOC/SOC shift duties, document configurations, train colleagues, and improve technical processes.

Automate infrastructure lifecycle management with AWX and Ansible, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and develop Bash and Python scripts. The role includes documenting systems and network environments, improving infrastructure configurations, supporting customer and internal projects, onboarding colleagues, and participating in an overnight, weekend, and holiday shift roster. Strong Linux, Windows, database, networking, and automation expertise is required, along with fluent English and Spanish.
