Develops and executes business development strategies to generate residential conveyancing instructions. Builds and manages relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other introducers; identifies opportunities, converts leads, tracks pipeline performance, and grows partner instruction volumes. The role requires strong B2B sales, negotiation, conveyancing knowledge, relationship management, commercial judgment, and nationwide travel to meet partners.

Checks freehold, leasehold, and new-build property titles; raises enquiries; reports findings to clients; supports conveyancing teams with management packs, mortgage offers, searches, and enquiry replies. Maintains billing and turnaround targets, assists with audits, and handles complex transactions with minimal supervision while communicating professionally with clients and colleagues.

Provides administrative and client support within the post-completion conveyancing team. Responsibilities include completing registrations, managing Land Registry processes and requisitions, processing correspondence, liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and colleagues, and meeting departmental KPIs. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, telephone-based client service, teamwork, software proficiency, and flexibility to support wider department processes.

Leads IT operations and service delivery, manages the IT support team, oversees information security and compliance, and coordinates suppliers, assets, infrastructure, incidents, and technology projects. The role includes ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus ownership, stakeholder management, team development, budgeting, project delivery, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Leads IT operations, service delivery, support teams, cybersecurity compliance, supplier and asset management, incident resolution, and technology projects. Owns the ISMS, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus readiness, supports business continuity, and acts as DPO for Convey365. Coordinates IT priorities among development teams, suppliers, and stakeholders while driving service improvements, team development, and successful technical change delivery.
