Checks freehold, leasehold, and new-build property titles; raises enquiries; reports title findings to clients; supports conveyancing teams with management packs, mortgage offers, searches, and enquiry replies. The role also involves meeting billing and turnaround targets, handling complex transactions, assisting with audits, and managing competing priorities with minimal supervision.

Assist experienced conveyancers with residential property transactions, provide client care, maintain case records and case management systems, follow compliance and lender instructions, participate in structured training and mentoring, and develop toward managing a caseload.

Provide administrative support in post-completion conveyancing: complete Land Registry registrations, handle requisitions, liaise with clients, lenders and solicitors, process incoming correspondence (post/email/phone), meet KPIs, and support conveyancers and wider Background Team through cross-training.
