Lead enterprise learning strategy for a multi-state ambulatory healthcare organization. Build scalable onboarding, competency validation, leadership development, and compliance training programs. Own LMS strategy, governance, reporting, and learning analytics. Partner with Operations, Medical Leadership, Compliance, and HR to drive workforce readiness, measurable learning outcomes, and continuous improvement supporting growth and clinical quality.

Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, BI and financial modeling. Provide executive reporting, variance analysis, KPI development, and support M&A, lender and sponsor reporting. Manage and mentor an FP&A/BI team and improve systems, data governance, and dashboards to drive financial performance across a multi-site healthcare organization.

Support accurate charge capture, coding, and billing across urgent care, primary care, and lab services. Review documentation, verify codes (CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS), investigate missing charges, resolve billing issues, monitor workflows, generate reports, and collaborate with clinical and revenue teams to ensure timely, compliant claims submission and improve revenue cycle processes.

Provide full-cycle recruiting coordination and talent operations support: manage offers and onboarding, administer Greenhouse and recruiting tech, source and screen candidates, maintain job postings and career site presence, track candidate experience and recruiting metrics, and support employer branding and TA projects.
