Leads daily operations at an urgent care clinic while providing direct nursing care. Leads enterprise analytics strategy, business intelligence, population health reporting, value-based care analysis, and operational performance measurement across primary and urgent care. Oversees dashboards, contract modeling, risk stratification, data governance, metric standards, and data quality. Partners with executives, clinical leaders, finance, IT, and payors while managing and developing an analytics team.

Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, employee changes and terminations, I-9 and background-check compliance, employee files, credentialing, leave and ADA administration, reporting, and HR inbox support. Serve as an ADP administrator, respond to employee and manager questions, maintain confidentiality, support HR technology improvements, develop training materials, and contribute to cross-functional HR projects.

Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, BI and financial modeling. Provide executive reporting, variance analysis, KPI development, and support M&A, lender and sponsor reporting. Manage and mentor an FP&A/BI team and improve systems, data governance, and dashboards to drive financial performance across a multi-site healthcare organization.

Leads full-cycle recruitment for urgent care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across New England. Develops provider sourcing strategies and pipelines, manages candidate relationships, conducts assessments, negotiates offers, and ensures strong candidate experiences. Partners with medical and operations leaders on workforce planning and hiring decisions, provides market insights, mentors recruiters, improves recruiting processes, and monitors pipeline, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and hiring outcomes.

Lead enterprise learning strategy for a multi-state ambulatory healthcare organization. Build scalable onboarding, competency validation, leadership development, and compliance training programs. Own LMS strategy, governance, reporting, and learning analytics.
