Leads full-cycle recruitment for urgent care and primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants across New England. Develops provider sourcing strategies, builds talent pipelines, manages candidate relationships, advises medical and operations leaders, negotiates offers, and improves candidate experience. Uses recruiting metrics and market intelligence to guide decisions, mentors recruiters, maintains ATS records, and supports scalable talent acquisition processes.

Coordinates core HR operations including onboarding, employee changes and terminations, I-9 and background-check compliance, credentialing, employee file maintenance, employment verifications, HR reporting, and HRIS administration. Supports employee inquiries, training materials, correspondence, technology upgrades, process improvements, and special HR projects while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with finance, talent acquisition, and other teams.

Administers employee benefits and 401(k) programs, supports multi-state payroll and HRIS operations, manages enrollments and leave-related reconciliations, audits invoices and records, and assists with open enrollment, compliance, HR technology enhancements, and people initiatives. The role also provides employee education, resolves benefits issues, supports payroll processing, maintains confidential data, and collaborates with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve HR processes.
