Operate Embraer ERJ 135/145 as First Officer under Part 135, prioritizing safety, performing preflight planning, providing customer service, maintaining aircraft readiness, and following company policies and training.

Provide fast, accurate charter price quotes, handle high call volume, maintain customer preference database, build client relationships, meet monthly sales quotas, compile metrics, support sales operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Operate CRJ200 aircraft under Part 135, prioritize safety, perform preflight planning, provide passenger service, maintain professionalism and aircraft readiness, comply with company policies and drug testing, and complete assigned duties including irregular schedules and rapid dispatch reporting requirements.

Provide administrative support to the Charter Sales Department, including high-volume phone handling, scheduling, data entry, billing, travel arrangements, customer preference database maintenance, flight follow-up, inventory management, metrics compilation, and relationship-building with customers and industry personnel.

Manage revenue recognition and billing across airline, charter, FBO, and maintenance lines. Process and reconcile ticketing revenue and clearing house transactions, coordinate AR and invoicing, support month-end close, ensure revenue accruals, partner with operations and maintenance, and provide documentation for external audits.

Lead operational strategy and data analysis to optimize flight operations, KPIs, and efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally, conduct root-cause analyses, drive process improvements, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Provide hands-on IT support across airport stations, hangars, and offices: troubleshoot hardware, software, VOIP, and network issues; configure devices in Microsoft 365/Azure AD; manage onboarding/offboarding and licenses; support aviation systems and AI/automation integrations; maintain tickets, documentation, and vendor coordination; provide rotating after-hours/on-call support for 24/7 flight operations.
