Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for crewmembers and company travelers, including training travel and advance bookings; maintain itineraries and records; liaise with Crew Scheduling, Training, Maintenance, and leadership; secure cost-effective options; assist with irregular operations; manage vendor relationships; ensure compliance with company travel policies and keep expense reports up to date.

Support operational control and preflight planning for flights, ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Provide preflight briefings, monitor flight progress, reroute or cancel flights for safety or efficiency, coordinate diversions, negotiate ATC routings, and interface with maintenance and stations to process flight data and safety information.

Provide executive leadership for HR, developing strategy, policies, and talent programs. Oversee recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, compliance (DOT/FAA, OSHA), HRIS, workers' comp, and HR budgeting. Partner with executive team to drive organizational planning, performance metrics, and a high-performance culture. Manage HR staff, disciplinary processes, and professional development.
