Support operational control and preflight planning for flights, ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Provide preflight briefings, monitor flight progress, reroute or cancel flights for safety or efficiency, coordinate diversions, negotiate ATC routings, and interface with maintenance and stations to process flight data and safety information.

Manage operational control and preflight planning for charter flights, ensure regulatory compliance, provide pilot briefings, monitor flight progress, coordinate reroutes/diversions, negotiate with ATC, and support Maintenance and System Operations Control to maintain safety and on-time performance.

Provide executive leadership for HR, developing strategy, policies, and talent programs. Oversee recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, compliance (DOT/FAA, OSHA), HRIS, workers' comp, and HR budgeting. Partner with executive team to drive organizational planning, performance metrics, and a high-performance culture. Manage HR staff, disciplinary processes, and professional development.
