Leads airline network and commercial planning, including route evaluation, aircraft deployment, forecasting, profitability analysis, schedule and capacity planning, market performance reporting, and strategic partnership assessment. Develops financial models and business cases, supports EAS proposals and negotiations, and provides recommendations to senior leadership. Partners with Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Crew Planning to optimize growth, revenue, aircraft utilization, and route performance.

Provide executive leadership for HR, developing strategy, policies, and talent programs. Oversee recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, compliance (DOT/FAA, OSHA), HRIS, workers' comp, and HR budgeting. Partner with executive team to drive organizational planning, performance metrics, and a high-performance culture. Manage HR staff, disciplinary processes, and professional development.

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Build and maintain financial models, analyze performance, deliver executive reporting, support M&A and strategic projects, enhance FP&A tools, and manage a small team of financial analysts.
