Oversee accounting and financial management, including close processes, financial reporting, job cost accounting, internal controls, cash flow, forecasting, and construction project profitability. Manage accounting staff, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, monitor billing and collections, maintain WIP and percentage-of-completion reporting, and partner with operations and leadership on budgets, forecasts, cost analysis, and process improvements.
