Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing programs for Consumer Reports Data Intelligence and other commercial offerings. Build demand through email, digital, organic and paid marketing, thought leadership, events, webinars, content, and sales enablement. Partner with sales, product, research, and leadership teams on messaging, positioning, go-to-market planning, and executive visibility. Measure campaign performance, optimize initiatives, and help expand the organization’s B2B marketing capabilities.

Build and own full-stack AI applications, data APIs, dashboards, and cloud-native services. Develop Python and Node.js backends, React frontends, AI/ML integrations, RAG pipelines, authentication, API management, testing, CI/CD, and performance improvements. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product, and design teams to deliver scalable, reliable, intuitive, and responsible AI experiences.

Lead exploratory R&D and rapid prototyping of AI/ML and emerging-technology solutions, own architecture for a RAG chatbot (AskCR), collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and translate experiments into actionable insights that guide product strategy and consumer-focused innovation.

Lead architecture and implementation of AskCR across web and mobile. Coordinate cross-team engineering, establish CI/CD and observability best practices, diagnose production issues, mentor engineers, and deliver multi-platform, AI-driven features integrated with backend APIs.

Lead technical policy work on utility regulation, electricity markets, and energy affordability. Analyze rate cases, IRPs, and investments; develop policy recommendations and regulatory comments; coordinate advocacy, coalition work, and public communications; represent Consumer Reports before agencies and media; translate technical issues for consumers and policymakers.
