Teams at Consumer Reports

Lead technical policy work on utility regulation, electricity markets, and energy affordability. Analyze rate cases, IRPs, and investments; develop policy recommendations and regulatory comments; coordinate advocacy, coalition work, and public communications; represent Consumer Reports before agencies and media; translate technical issues for consumers and policymakers.

As Director of Strategic Initiatives, you'll lead the exploration and development of new business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives for Consumer Reports, collaborating with senior leaders and external partners.

Lead digital membership growth through website and performance marketing, creative trafficking, landing page optimization, and experimentation roadmaps. Collaborate cross-functionally and with agencies/partners to run A/B and multivariate tests, build reporting dashboards, refine UX and creative, and implement data-driven optimizations to increase conversions. Track competitive trends and present results to stakeholders.
