Serves as the primary customer contact while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and engineering stakeholders to achieve high-quality, on-time outcomes and strong customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead end-to-end consulting, implementation, development, and support projects for education-sector customers. Develop plans, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, vendors, and change requests. Serve as the primary customer contact, oversee onboarding and technical account activities, manage incidents and escalations, coordinate with Engineering, conduct root-cause analyses, and report on service health, quality, customer satisfaction, and contractual KPIs.

The role involves leading AI-driven research in semantic analysis and reasoning flows, developing algorithms, supervising researchers, and contributing to course development in AI and related fields.

Conduct PhD research on wearable intelligence, multimodal data fusion, and edge AI. Develop on-device processing, compact micro-LLMs, and privacy-preserving personalization systems; collaborate with academia and industry to build prototypes, publish findings, and support education-focused AI applications.

The position involves foundational AI research on semantic structure extraction and personalized content generation, along with teaching responsibilities in related fields at various educational levels.

University internship to develop an AI-powered tool that automates computing platform configuration by analyzing papers and integrating code. Tasks include code analysis, containerization, reproducible deployments, and building API or script-based deployment pipelines, with documentation and collaboration.

Research internship to build a scalable pipeline for discovering, parsing, and evaluating grant opportunities. Tasks include data collection, information extraction, profile matching, scoring (Fit Score), exploratory analysis, prototyping predictive models for grant success probability, dashboard/reporting support, literature review, and documentation under faculty supervision.
