Generate pipeline, secure reference accounts, scope paid diagnostics, convert them into multi-service engagements, lead proposals and public tenders, manage partners, forecast quota, and represent the company at sector events. The role requires consultative enterprise selling to education, research, and corporate learning buyers, with frequent collaboration across consulting, content, platform, talent, and R&D teams.

Owns build, deployment, infrastructure, and release processes for scientific software across cloud, on-premise, restricted, and air-gapped environments. Responsibilities include Kubernetes and GitOps operations, CI/CD, offline installers and updates, database migrations, secrets and access management, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, security scanning, backups, recovery, and compliance support. The role requires production-scale AWS or equivalent experience, Kubernetes, Ansible, offline deployment expertise, and end-to-end pipeline ownership.

Own the frontend architecture and implementation of a scientific experimentation platform. Benchmark research methods, improve performance and reliability, collaborate with university faculty, publish results, supervise students and interns, and contribute to teaching materials.

Own the end-to-end architecture and hands-on development of a software platform for quantum hardware, including calibration, orchestration, experiment execution, and device state management. Define platform interfaces, guide technology decisions, lead migration, enforce engineering standards, and collaborate closely with research physicists. The role requires deploying reliable software across cloud, on-premises, restricted, and air-gapped environments while serving as the senior technical voice for the engineering group.

Own the roadmap and product direction for a quantum software line, translating research into shippable products. Lead prioritization between physicists and engineers, manage customer and partner relationships, and represent the group externally. The role requires technical depth, hands-on product leadership, strong facilitation, and the ability to make clear product decisions in a small, senior team.

Monitor milestones, eligible costs, risks, documentation, and deadlines across multiple projects, with a focus on German funding schemes such as DFG, BMBFTR, and DAAD. Leads end-to-end IT consulting, implementation, development, and support projects for education-sector customers. Responsibilities include project planning, delivery oversight, risk and change management, budget and schedule control, customer and technical account management, onboarding, incident resolution, escalations, root-cause analysis, quality assurance, reporting, and KPI ownership. Serves as the primary customer contact while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and engineering stakeholders to achieve high-quality, on-time outcomes and strong customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead end-to-end consulting, implementation, development, and support projects for education-sector customers. Develop plans, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, vendors, and change requests. Serve as the primary customer contact, oversee onboarding and technical account activities, manage incidents and escalations, coordinate with Engineering, conduct root-cause analyses, and report on service health, quality, customer satisfaction, and contractual KPIs.

Conduct PhD research on wearable intelligence, multimodal data fusion, and edge AI. Develop on-device processing, compact micro-LLMs, and privacy-preserving personalization systems; collaborate with academia and industry to build prototypes, publish findings, and support education-focused AI applications.
