Leads end-to-end IT consulting, implementation, development, and support projects for education-sector customers. Responsibilities include project planning, delivery oversight, risk and change management, budget and schedule control, customer and technical account management, onboarding, incident resolution, escalations, root-cause analysis, quality assurance, reporting, and KPI ownership. Serves as the primary customer contact while coordinating internal teams, vendors, and engineering stakeholders to achieve high-quality, on-time outcomes and strong customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead end-to-end consulting, implementation, development, and support projects for education-sector customers. Develop plans, manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, vendors, and change requests. Serve as the primary customer contact, oversee onboarding and technical account activities, manage incidents and escalations, coordinate with Engineering, conduct root-cause analyses, and report on service health, quality, customer satisfaction, and contractual KPIs.
