Creates visually compelling and technically reliable digital learning experiences across multimedia formats and platforms. Responsibilities include producing graphics, animation, audio, video, presentations, assessments, and interactive content; translating storyboards into finished products; applying visual design, UX, branding, and learner-centered principles; developing reusable templates and asset libraries; performing quality checks; troubleshooting LMS and platform issues; and using AI-supported production tools while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Creates scalable digital learning experiences by producing graphics, illustrations, animations, audio, video, presentations, assessments, and interactive elements. Translates storyboards and specifications into polished educational products, applies visual design and UX principles, builds reusable templates and asset libraries, and performs quality checks across platforms and learning management systems. Uses AI-supported production tools while maintaining accuracy and consistency, troubleshoots technical issues, and collaborates with instructional designers and other stakeholders.

Manage the full lifecycle of externally funded research projects, including pre-award opportunity matching, proposal coordination, budgets, agreements, post-award implementation, reporting, amendments, compliance, and close-out. Coordinate Principal Investigators, faculty, finance, legal, HR, consortium partners, and funding bodies. Monitor milestones, eligible costs, risks, documentation, and deadlines across multiple projects, with a focus on German funding schemes such as DFG, BMBFTR, and DAAD. Support research project management systems and portfolio reporting.
