Provide management, professional support, analysis, engineering, technical, and IT services in support of Offutt AFB. Candidates must hold or be eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance and be U.S. citizens with current DoD clearance.

Oversee application security scanning, vulnerability remediation, and security-related release readiness while developing and maintaining full-stack Java web applications. Coordinate with IRS personnel, create remediation milestones, lead technical meetings, troubleshoot environments, review code, perform testing, and document technical solutions. The role requires extensive J2EE development, security tooling, CI/CD, OpenShift, mainframe integration, and vulnerability management experience in a federal environment.

Support AMDOTS automated data collection, retrieval, processing, transmission, and analysis systems. Design, configure, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Protogate Freeway components, RMU interfaces, FreeBSD environments, and associated network and security configurations. Create technical and contingency documentation, support system installations, and troubleshoot mission-site equipment. Periodic travel is required.

Develop and support AMDOTS data collection, retrieval, processing, transmission, reporting, ETL, SQL Server databases, and C++ software. Maintain Remote Monitoring Units, interfaces, networks, operating systems, software releases, documentation, disaster recovery plans, and user support. Provide data warehouse administration, technical troubleshooting, training, and site installation support in classified DoD environments, with periodic travel required.

Provides senior systems engineering support for military system certification, integrity analysis, testing, and Technical Performance Evaluations. Reviews test plans and requirements, supports test execution and data analysis, identifies technical deficiencies, maintains certification artifacts and databases, and prepares evaluation reports, findings, recommendations, briefings, and lessons learned. The role supports classified military space programs and requires periodic travel.

Provide strategic deterrence analysis, decision-calculus planning, course-of-action analysis, and wargaming support for USSTRATCOM. Analyze adversary behavior, deterrence strategies, military operations, nuclear enterprise issues, and strategic threats. Develop scenario- and hypothesis-based assessments, evaluate OPLAN/CONPLAN integration, support experimentation, and create professional scenario visualizations.

Manages contractor personnel and oversees multiple projects and task orders from planning through completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing timelines and budgets, assigning team responsibilities, conducting meetings, monitoring technical, contractual, and administrative performance, reporting to sponsors, and ensuring quality control. Requires DoD or Intelligence Community experience and Top Secret/SCI eligibility with a counterintelligence polygraph.

Serve as the senior software development SME while performing full-stack Java web development and O&M activities. Guide developer teams, prioritize work, coordinate technical meetings, resolve issues, optimize processes, analyze requirements, estimate effort, review code, conduct testing, troubleshoot environments, create technical documentation, and implement software updates. The role requires extensive J2EE experience, SPA development, DevOps and CI/CD expertise, and active Public Trust/MBI clearance supporting an IRS Criminal Investigation system.

Support RMF processes and cybersecurity compliance for DoD systems: develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, perform vulnerability scanning and remediation (ACAS/SCAP), implement STIGs/SRGs, use eMASS/VRAM, manage configs, image assets, and support ATO/IATT/AO activities while working onsite at NSWC-PD.

Manage DoD-focused IT and cybersecurity programs as an on-site IT Program Manager in Washington, DC. Requires active Secret clearance, leading technology and security projects, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting transformative IT/DevSecOps and product management initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal requirements and support MC&FP/DASD missions; candidates with FedSIM or Office of Personnel & Readiness experience are strongly preferred.

Provide onsite systems administration and help-desk support for NSWC-PD, troubleshooting user systems (including laptops), maintaining information systems per DoD requirements. Must hold active Secret clearance and IAT II certification, have an associate degree in a related field, and at least three years' relevant experience.

Provide information assurance compliance support for systems supporting NSWC-PD. Ensure IA policies, controls, and documentation meet DoD requirements, perform assessments/audits, and maintain IAM II responsibilities. Work onsite at NSWC-PD or regional contractor office. Requires active Secret clearance, IAM II certification, bachelor's in CS/IT (or related), and 4 years IA compliance experience.

Design, build, and automate secure, scalable data pipelines and storage across classified and unclassified hybrid cloud environments. Lead data interconnectivity, ETL/ELT, cross-domain transfers, and advise as SME to ensure data availability for mission analytics while managing multiple agile projects.

Provide advisory and assistance to the NC3 Enterprise Center by overseeing NC3 operations, assessing operational and technical risk, and developing/prioritizing capabilities and recommendations for senior DOD leadership. Deliver subject matter expertise in systems analysis, systems engineering, technical analysis, solution integration, operations assessment, risk management, requirements identification and advocacy, intelligence assessments, and future concepts/architectures.

Manage IAT certification agents and system engineers to ensure systems achieve certification and accreditation per DoD RMF and DON CIO IA Policy for Platform IT. Must hold active Secret clearance, IAM II and NQV Level III certifications, a CS bachelors degree, and 5 years' demonstrable experience. Work onsite at NSWC-PD or regional contractor office. Navy support experience preferred.

Research, analyze, and produce all-source intelligence assessments and briefs on cyber threats to U.S. critical infrastructure. Deliver written analytic products and oral briefings, support real-time operational decision-making, RFIs, surge support, program management, and stakeholder outreach while maintaining situational awareness of threat streams and geopolitical developments.

Provide management and analytical support to NSWC-PD programs. Requires active Secret clearance, onsite work, a Bachelor’s in business or technical field, and at least five years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis with significant U.S. Navy program experience.

Support business development by researching accounts, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM and pipeline data, preparing briefings and call notes, coordinating meetings/demos, and collaborating with sales, technical, and marketing teams to support a fast-paced sales pipeline.

Develop, modify, and maintain full-stack applications on Windows; design databases, write Java code, perform test automation, work in Agile teams, and participate across the software development lifecycle while communicating with stakeholders.

Lead and manage IT program delivery: develop/manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify/mitigate risks, communicate status to stakeholders, implement QA and change management, track KPIs, ensure compliance, and resolve project issues. Serve as primary customer interface and support continuous improvement.
