Provide advanced Tier II enterprise desktop and endpoint support across Windows and macOS, administer endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, Ivanti, KACE), manage identity (Azure AD/Active Directory), support AWS/hybrid environments, enforce endpoint security/Zero Trust, mentor junior staff, develop SOPs/KB content, and coordinate with network/cloud/cyber teams. Must be U.S. citizen and pass FBI background check.

Lead lifecycle cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis to support DoD/IC acquisitions. Develop defensible cost models, perform regression and risk analyses, support PPBE processes, prepare spending plans, reports, and briefings, and advise on budget impacts and mitigations for the MARS Program.

Manage development and use of enterprise data systems for NC3: data collection, organization, storage, protection, and analysis; implement backup and restoration procedures; enforce compliance with data architecture and data management standards. Position requires TS/SCI clearance, ten-plus years' relevant experience, and work at Offutt AFB.

Provide NC2/NC3 subject-matter expertise to support the NC3 Enterprise Center: oversee NC3 operations, maintain enterprise visibility, assess operational and technical risk, conduct systems and technical analyses, develop requirements and operational concepts (CONOPS/OPLANS/OPORDs), staff and adjudicate complex packages, participate in NC3 policy forums, and brief/advocate prioritization recommendations to senior DoD leadership.

Provide cybersecurity support for enterprise IT systems including vulnerability assessments, compliance checks, RMF-based authorization packages (ATO), STIG implementation, eMASS usage, and incident response aligned to DoD/USASMDC standards.

Lead enterprise system administration including server management, updates, monitoring, patching, and STIG compliance. Provide Tier I/II technical support, hardware/software installation and troubleshooting, Active Directory and virtualization administration, and maintain security and configuration baselines.

Lead helpdesk operations delivering Tier I/II support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service tickets and escalations, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and timely resolution of end-user problems.

Support RMF processes and cybersecurity compliance for DoD systems: develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, perform vulnerability scanning and remediation (ACAS/SCAP), implement STIGs/SRGs, use eMASS/VRAM, manage configs, image assets, and support ATO/IATT/AO activities while working onsite at NSWC-PD.

Manage DoD-focused IT and cybersecurity programs as an on-site IT Program Manager in Washington, DC. Requires active Secret clearance, leading technology and security projects, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting transformative IT/DevSecOps and product management initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal requirements and support MC&FP/DASD missions; candidates with FedSIM or Office of Personnel & Readiness experience are strongly preferred.

Design, build, and automate secure, scalable data pipelines and storage across classified and unclassified hybrid cloud environments. Lead data interconnectivity, ETL/ELT, cross-domain transfers, and advise as SME to ensure data availability for mission analytics while managing multiple agile projects.

Provide onsite systems administration and help-desk support for NSWC-PD, troubleshooting user systems (including laptops), maintaining information systems per DoD requirements. Must hold active Secret clearance and IAT II certification, have an associate degree in a related field, and at least three years' relevant experience.

Provide information assurance compliance support for systems supporting NSWC-PD. Ensure IA policies, controls, and documentation meet DoD requirements, perform assessments/audits, and maintain IAM II responsibilities. Work onsite at NSWC-PD or regional contractor office. Requires active Secret clearance, IAM II certification, bachelor's in CS/IT (or related), and 4 years IA compliance experience.

Serve as the senior contract administrator for the USASMDC IT/IM CIMS IV program, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and DoD/Army policies, overseeing deliverables, managing staffing and performance, liaising with KO/COR/ACORs, and providing quality control, documentation, and issue resolution to support contract objectives and continuity of operations.

Manage and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, WAN/LAN). Ensure network security and performance, enforce STIG compliance, administer VPNs, perform monitoring and troubleshooting, and support virtualization, cloud, and Zero Client architectures.
