Author, edit, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (user guides, API refs, release notes, architecture). Perform documentation needs assessments, define standards and templates, produce visual aids, collaborate with SMEs, conduct reviews/audits, analyze feedback/metrics, and recommend process/tool improvements.

Provide production support for enterprise API Gateway environments including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and operational continuity. Implement/administer API gateways across hybrid cloud and on-premises, ensure API security (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, TLS), support REST APIs and enterprise integration, provide production support, and drive infrastructure modernization using container/Kubernetes/OpenShift and CI tools.

Provide management, professional support, analysis, engineering, technical, and IT services in support of Offutt AFB. Candidates must hold or be eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance and be U.S. citizens with current DoD clearance.

Lead design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise middleware and API integration for the IRS. Provide technical leadership for Java-based, IBM webMethods, and cloud-native integration solutions, handle production support, troubleshooting, and work in Agile teams with containerized and microservices architectures.

Lead lifecycle cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis to support DoD/IC acquisitions. Develop defensible cost models, perform regression and risk analyses, support PPBE processes, prepare spending plans, reports, and briefings, and advise on budget impacts and mitigations for the MARS Program.

Provide Tier 1 inbound IT support for Fleet Marine Forces and DoD agencies at a 24/7 service desk: field calls, emails, and web requests; log tickets; communicate status to customers; attempt first-contact resolution and escalate to Tier 2/3 as needed.

Provide cybersecurity support for enterprise IT systems including vulnerability assessments, compliance checks, RMF-based authorization packages (ATO), STIG implementation, eMASS usage, and incident response aligned to DoD/USASMDC standards.

Lead enterprise system administration including server management, updates, monitoring, patching, and STIG compliance. Provide Tier I/II technical support, hardware/software installation and troubleshooting, Active Directory and virtualization administration, and maintain security and configuration baselines.
