Support RMF processes and cybersecurity compliance for DoD systems: develop and maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, perform vulnerability scanning and remediation (ACAS/SCAP), implement STIGs/SRGs, use eMASS/VRAM, manage configs, image assets, and support ATO/IATT/AO activities while working onsite at NSWC-PD.

Manage DoD-focused IT and cybersecurity programs as an on-site IT Program Manager in Washington, DC. Requires active Secret clearance, leading technology and security projects, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting transformative IT/DevSecOps and product management initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal requirements and support MC&FP/DASD missions; candidates with FedSIM or Office of Personnel & Readiness experience are strongly preferred.

Provide onsite systems administration and help-desk support for NSWC-PD, troubleshooting user systems (including laptops), maintaining information systems per DoD requirements. Must hold active Secret clearance and IAT II certification, have an associate degree in a related field, and at least three years' relevant experience.

Provide information assurance compliance support for systems supporting NSWC-PD. Ensure IA policies, controls, and documentation meet DoD requirements, perform assessments/audits, and maintain IAM II responsibilities. Work onsite at NSWC-PD or regional contractor office. Requires active Secret clearance, IAM II certification, bachelor's in CS/IT (or related), and 4 years IA compliance experience.

Design, build, and automate secure, scalable data pipelines and storage across classified and unclassified hybrid cloud environments. Lead data interconnectivity, ETL/ELT, cross-domain transfers, and advise as SME to ensure data availability for mission analytics while managing multiple agile projects.

Provide advisory and assistance to the NC3 Enterprise Center by overseeing NC3 operations, assessing operational and technical risk, and developing/prioritizing capabilities and recommendations for senior DOD leadership. Deliver subject matter expertise in systems analysis, systems engineering, technical analysis, solution integration, operations assessment, risk management, requirements identification and advocacy, intelligence assessments, and future concepts/architectures.

Part-time Senior Task Order Manager overseeing contractor delivery for USCG FOIA and Privacy programs. Responsible for performance tracking, quality oversight, reporting, client liaison, and managing site leads and analysts. Requires hands-on FOIA/privacy experience (request intake, processing, appeals, redaction, exemptions), federal program management, SOP maintenance, and metric tracking. Remote with occasional in-person meetings in Washington, DC.

Manage IAT certification agents and system engineers to ensure systems achieve certification and accreditation per DoD RMF and DON CIO IA Policy for Platform IT. Must hold active Secret clearance, IAM II and NQV Level III certifications, a CS bachelors degree, and 5 years' demonstrable experience. Work onsite at NSWC-PD or regional contractor office. Navy support experience preferred.

Research, analyze, and produce all-source intelligence assessments and briefs on cyber threats to U.S. critical infrastructure. Deliver written analytic products and oral briefings, support real-time operational decision-making, RFIs, surge support, program management, and stakeholder outreach while maintaining situational awareness of threat streams and geopolitical developments.

Receive, log, and manage FOIA/Privacy Act requests; search databases for responsive records; convert and review documents; draft routine correspondence; maintain tracking databases and case files; assist with privacy assessments and compliance tracking; provide general office support.

Provide management and analytical support to NSWC-PD programs. Requires active Secret clearance, onsite work, a Bachelor’s in business or technical field, and at least five years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis with significant U.S. Navy program experience.

Review, analyze, and process FOIA and Privacy Act requests; search for responsive records; apply FOIA exemptions and redact protected information; draft determinations and correspondence; review appeals and privacy assessments (PTA/PIA/SORN); track cases and metrics in case management systems; update SOPs and compliance documentation; liaise with requesters and internal stakeholders to clarify scope and ensure lawful disclosures.

Support business development by researching accounts, conducting outbound outreach, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM and pipeline data, preparing briefings and call notes, coordinating meetings/demos, and collaborating with sales, technical, and marketing teams to support a fast-paced sales pipeline.
