Manage DoD-focused IT and cybersecurity programs as an on-site IT Program Manager in Washington, DC. Requires active Secret clearance, leading technology and security projects, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting transformative IT/DevSecOps and product management initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal requirements and support MC&FP/DASD missions; candidates with FedSIM or Office of Personnel & Readiness experience are strongly preferred.

Provide onsite systems administration and help-desk support for NSWC-PD, troubleshooting user systems (including laptops), maintaining information systems per DoD requirements. Must hold active Secret clearance and IAT II certification, have an associate degree in a related field, and at least three years' relevant experience.

Lead and manage joint exercise, training, assessment, and related support for USSTRATCOM/J7. Oversee program execution, personnel readiness, pedagogical program development, and contractor-to-government coordination. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, maintain active TS/SCI clearance, and perform onsite duties at Offutt AFB, NE.

Provide information assurance compliance support for systems supporting NSWC-PD. Ensure IA policies, controls, and documentation meet DoD requirements, perform assessments/audits, and maintain IAM II responsibilities. Work onsite at NSWC-PD or regional contractor office. Requires active Secret clearance, IAM II certification, bachelor's in CS/IT (or related), and 4 years IA compliance experience.

Provide deterrence analysis and wargaming support for USSTRATCOM, including decision-calculus and course-of-action analyses, scenario-based assessments, development of visualization tools, and expertise in deterrence theory, strategic military planning, and the current threat environment.

Design, build, and automate secure, scalable data pipelines and storage across classified and unclassified hybrid cloud environments. Lead data interconnectivity, ETL/ELT, cross-domain transfers, and advise as SME to ensure data availability for mission analytics while managing multiple agile projects.

Manage and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, WAN/LAN). Ensure network security and performance, enforce STIG compliance, administer VPNs, perform monitoring and troubleshooting, and support virtualization, cloud, and Zero Client architectures.

Lead Tier 2 technical support for a large enterprise federal environment. Manage SLAs, ITSM processes, incident/problem/change management, and workforce reporting. Provide technical escalation, root cause analysis, account administration, endpoint and GFE support, secure remote access troubleshooting, and supervise hiring, performance, and contract deliverables.

Provide expert JFACC operations support to USSTRATCOM/J7, leveraging extensive joint doctrine and planning experience. Coordinate end-to-end operations from national decision-making to unit execution, advise on weapons systems operations, mission planning, generation and deployment procedures, tactics, and publish daily operations orders. Must liaise with USSTRATCOM JFACC and work onsite at Offutt AFB with active TS/SCI clearance.

Provide onsite end-user support in Colorado Springs: troubleshoot hardware/software, resolve helpdesk tickets, ensure IT policy compliance, and maintain customer service for DoD-related systems requiring Secret clearance and DoD 8140 certification.

Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise IT solutions supporting USASMDC. Architect and build collaborative tools, web apps, and automation workflows using SharePoint 365, Dynamics, Power Platform, .NET/C#, SQL, and related technologies. Provide technical leadership, manage complex projects and teams, and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.

Produce and edit technical documents, presentations, and reports for NC3; assemble and staff complex documentation packages; synthesize technical and strategic topics (space, cyber, missile warning/defense); generate post-event summaries and retrieve data from tables, spreadsheets, and databases.

Lead and oversee all contract support activities for the USASMDC IT/IM CIMS IV program, managing personnel, budgets, deliverables, compliance, quality control, and stakeholder coordination (KO/COR). Ensure technical oversight, resource allocation, and timely issue resolution while maintaining DoD policy adherence and readiness for onsite support when required.

Provide management, professional support, analysis, engineering, technical, and IT services in support of Offutt AFB. Candidates must hold or be eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance and be U.S. citizens with current DoD clearance.

Perform security control assessments and risk analyses across systems and applications. Plan, execute, and report security audits and vulnerability assessments, conduct interviews and testing of security controls, and prepare assessment deliverables (SCA reports, risk assessments). Analyze security requirements across technology layers and support IT, privacy, and operational reviews to identify security and compliance risks.

Develop and maintain a knowledge management solution (contact database, research papers, reports, symposium contacts). Assess and recommend workflow/process improvements to enhance information sharing and implement approved changes to support deterrence analysis, COA analysis, and wargaming.
