Serve as the senior software development SME while performing full-stack Java web development and O&M activities. Guide developer teams, prioritize work, coordinate technical meetings, resolve issues, optimize processes, analyze requirements, estimate effort, review code, conduct testing, troubleshoot environments, create technical documentation, and implement software updates. The role requires extensive J2EE experience, SPA development, DevOps and CI/CD expertise, and active Public Trust/MBI clearance supporting an IRS Criminal Investigation system.

Lead Tier 2 technical support for a large enterprise federal environment. Manage SLAs, ITSM processes, incident/problem/change management, and workforce reporting. Provide technical escalation, root cause analysis, account administration, endpoint and GFE support, secure remote access troubleshooting, and supervise hiring, performance, and contract deliverables.

Lead and architect complex cloud-focused cybersecurity projects. Plan and engineer cloud infrastructure, develop policies and procedures to protect systems and data, evaluate cloud performance and costs, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and support teams. Requires active TS/SCI, DoD 8570 IAT III, and 12 years' experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Onsite support at Offutt AFB anticipated.
