Lead DoD federal program and contract management for joint training programs. Oversee geographically dispersed teams, ensure contract performance, quality, and deliverables, provide executive briefings, and support Joint Training systems and lifecycle activities. Remote with frequent CONUS travel covering 54 states and territories.

Serve as technical lead for software development, testing, deployment support, release management, requirements analysis, defect resolution, and technical oversight for MIS. Lead development, testing, UAT, Section 508 compliance, performance/capacity testing, documentation, and modernization/migration efforts.

Senior-level DBA responsible for SQL Server administration, database design and architecture, performance tuning, security, backup/recovery, migration, deployment support, and monitoring across production, test, and development environments. Must support mission-critical applications within FISMA-regulated federal environments and follow Agile/SDLC and application lifecycle processes while providing strong documentation and communication.
