Author, edit, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (user guides, API refs, release notes, architecture). Perform documentation needs assessments, define standards and templates, produce visual aids, collaborate with SMEs, conduct reviews/audits, analyze feedback/metrics, and recommend process/tool improvements.

Provide production support for enterprise API Gateway environments including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and operational continuity. Perform root cause analysis, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and vulnerability remediation for mission-critical, high-transaction systems.

Design and build automated API onboarding, lifecycle management, deployment automation, and developer self-service. Implement REST APIs, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows. Integrate developer portals, API publishing/governance, and enterprise integration for a federal contractor environment.
