Provide hands-on IT support for staff, researchers, and visitors. Responsibilities include ticket resolution, hardware and software troubleshooting, account support, device setup, inventory management, onboarding and offboarding, Google Workspace administration, physical access control, camera monitoring, event support, office reservations, and documentation.
