Coordinate and support talent programs for the AI safety ecosystem: design and run programs, gather participant feedback, build operational systems and tracking (Airtable, Asana), document processes, and recommend improvements to improve talent pathways and experiences.

Own and deliver scoped talent programs to place people into AI safety roles. Design pilots, coordinate partners, support fellow placements, manage operational systems, and improve sourcing/assessment/placement processes. Build relationships with hiring organizations and iterate program operations to increase impact.

Support day-to-day People Operations including end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, compliance, and People Ops documentation. Assist recruiting/talent operations and immigration/legal administration by coordinating scheduling, ATS hygiene, and liaising with outside counsel. Identify and implement process improvements to scale People Ops.

Provide front-desk and office support for a busy shared AI safety workspace: welcome visitors, handle support requests, manage reservations, troubleshoot site issues, order supplies, and staff events. Maintain records, book travel, prepare workspaces, and support team projects in a fast-paced, in-person role.

Manage and improve systems for research fellowships, maintain project plans and documentation, coordinate fellows and mentors, collect feedback, support event design and execution, and iterate team processes to ensure program delivery and cross-team coordination.

Join Constellation's Programs team to design and run convenings, incubators, fellowships, and talent-mobilization efforts that connect AI safety researchers, accelerate ideas, and place people into high-impact roles. Work on event production, program design, community building, and participant matching within an on-site Berkeley workspace.

Coordinate programs measuring and improving member experience and program impact. Conduct user research and quantitative analysis, design UX and onboarding, support community operations, vet membership, and help plan and run high-stakes events and communications.

Full-time, on-site role in Berkeley executing operational initiatives, enabling teams, and managing finance/legal, HR/talent, network/data, facilities/security/IT, and catering. Manage end-to-end logistics for talks, workshops, and large convenings; serve as primary speaker liaison; coordinate space, catering, AV, and vendors; run event communications, track attendance and feedback, and build scalable processes, templates, and budgets to support a high-volume events program.

Provide hands-on, front-line IT support and device management for staff and visitors, manage tickets and Google Workspace provisioning, maintain inventory and access control (Brivo), support events and office operations, and document solutions to improve user experience.

Lead and integrate IT, security, facilities, and catering for Constellation’s Berkeley research center. Set strategy, budgets, KPIs, and risk/compliance standards; manage ~11–15 staff with four direct reports; drive cross-domain coordination, incident response, and continuous operational improvement to enable world-class AI safety research.
