Owns relationships with Mandarin-speaking VIP traders and high-net-worth individuals across Greater China and the wider region. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, retaining, and negotiating terms with VIPs; managing referrals and community networks; hosting events; gathering product and market insights; adapting communications; and tracking trading volume, fees, pipeline, and retention. Requires strong Mandarin and English, crypto or fintech relationship-management experience, regional market knowledge, DeFi expertise, and comfort with commercial targets and regulatory considerations.

Own relationships with US high-volume traders and HNWIs across MetaMask’s VIP programs. Recruit, onboard, retain, and negotiate terms with VIP clients; build networks through referrals, communities, and events; provide client support; gather product and competitor insights; adapt communications; and track pipeline, trading volume, fees, and retention. The role requires regular travel to US hubs and industry events, along with knowledge of crypto markets, DeFi, on-chain trading, and US regulatory considerations.

Produces global experiential marketing events from concept through recap, managing venues, vendors, agencies, budgets, programming, guest experiences, staffing, and on-site execution. Partners with creative, product, marketing, and business development teams to connect events to business goals. Oversees multi-city activations, VIP experiences, co-branded events, community programming, performance reporting, and repeatable event processes. Requires international travel of up to 20%.

Own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport, a reusable identity layer across MetaMask. Build scalable identity verification primitives, streamline KYC user experiences, drive adoption across product teams, and balance privacy, trust, user friction, and global compliance. Partner cross-functionally to lead execution and improve KYC completion, onboarding speed, identity reuse, transaction success, and user trust.

Lead lifecycle strategy and execution across Consensys products: design personalized user journeys, run experiments and A/B tests, manage end-to-end campaigns (briefing creative, targeting, QA, measurement), and optimize lifecycle channels (in-app, push, banners) to drive activation, engagement, retention.

Develop and enhance MetaMask social and multi-chain experiences across Portfolio, browser extension, and mobile platforms. Collaborate across teams on complex projects, mentor engineers, and build scalable full-stack applications using React, React Native, modern JavaScript, blockchain technologies, APIs, testing, and continuous integration. Ensure cross-platform compatibility and apply web security best practices.

Manage the organization’s cybersecurity risk and controls posture, including the risk register, control library, exceptions, evidence collection, and Drata GRC workflows. Coordinate ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits, customer due-diligence questionnaires, internal assessments, and external testing. Maintain security policies, standards, Statements of Applicability, framework mappings, and control monitoring. Track residual risk, control drift, evidence health, and gap closure while coordinating control owners, auditors, and security teams.

Lead the end-to-end design of MetaMask’s Prediction Markets experience, from discovery and trading through position management and iteration. Translate complex concepts such as probabilities, liquidity, and market mechanics into clear user experiences. Partner closely with Product and Engineering, prototype rapidly using AI, and maintain high standards for visual and interaction design informed by research and data.

Lead go-to-market strategy and growth for MetaMask Trading features. Define positioning, shape roadmap with product, execute launches and lifecycle campaigns, partner with Growth, Data, Brand, and BD to drive conversion, volume, and retention, and strengthen brand trust through education and community programs.

Build polished, accessible MetaMask interfaces across mobile and browser extension platforms using React and React Native. Implement animations, haptics, and micro-interactions; translate Figma designs into production components; prototype and test with users; develop design-to-code tooling and agentic workflows; and expand the reusable MetaMask design system. Collaborate independently with designers, engineers, and product managers on consumer products serving millions of users.
