Design and establish MetaMask’s shared motion language across product surfaces. Create scalable motion patterns, guidelines, reusable assets, and prototypes; collaborate with product designers and engineers to deliver clear, performant interactions across platforms. Use motion to improve product understanding, guide users, and add purposeful delight while raising design craft through feedback and hands-on collaboration.

Lead go-to-market strategy and growth for MetaMask Trading features. Define positioning, shape roadmap with product, execute launches and lifecycle campaigns, partner with Growth, Data, Brand, and BD to drive conversion, volume, and retention, and strengthen brand trust through education and community programs.

Own ADP Workforce Now and the broader HR technology ecosystem, including configuration, integrations, security, releases, vendor relationships, data governance, reporting, audits, compliance, and employee support. Lead HR systems projects, automate manual processes, manage cyclical People Operations activities, and translate business requirements into tested, documented system solutions. Partner with Finance, Legal, FP&A, and People leadership to ensure accurate, accessible, and compliant workforce data.
