Own global People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, leave administration, payroll coordination, benefits, immigration support, and EOR vendor management. Maintain HRIS data accuracy and compliance with UK and European employment practices, GDPR, and UK GDPR. Improve processes through documentation, automation, and AI, while leading regional and global People projects and supporting employees and managers.

Owns the technical infrastructure supporting a global, remote workforce. Responsibilities include systems administration, cloud and SaaS platform management, networking, hardware and software support, onboarding and offboarding, MDM administration, incident response, automation, observability, security policies, documentation, and large-scale technical initiatives. The role requires autonomous decision-making, collaboration with security teams, and reliable operation of hybrid systems across multiple cloud environments.

Owns relationships with Mandarin-speaking VIP traders and high-net-worth individuals across Greater China and the wider region. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, retaining, and negotiating terms with VIPs; managing referrals and community networks; hosting events; gathering product and market insights; adapting communications; and tracking trading volume, fees, pipeline, and retention. Requires strong Mandarin and English, crypto or fintech relationship-management experience, regional market knowledge, DeFi expertise, and comfort with commercial targets and regulatory considerations.
