Support system expansions, integrity, flow assurance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve reliability and performance.

Monitor and analyze well and regional reservoir performance for Ekofisk/Eldfisk. Perform well and field surveillance, waterflood pattern and tracer analysis, validate and update reservoir models, support drilling/well planning, production forecasting, reserves estimation, and development strategy. Coordinate with Wells, Operations, partners and peers to identify underperforming wells, justify interventions, and optimize asset economics.

Provide market analysis and forecasting for NGLs (ethane, propane, butanes, natural gasoline), build supply/demand models, track exports and pricing, support traders and commercial teams with analytics, and create reports and visualizations to inform commercial decisions.

Provide hands-on field mentoring and competency assessments for Multi-Skilled Operators (MSOs); develop and review SOGs/SOPs; participate in design reviews (HAZOP, PHA, LOPA), MOC prioritization, BOD and SOL reviews; support downtime reduction, reliability improvements, shutdown planning and Learning Organization principles. Spend ~90% of time in field training, working with production supervisors, engineers, and the Operating Integrity Lead to improve safe, efficient operations.

Advise ConocoPhillips UK on commercial compliance and regulatory policy for EU/UK commodities. Monitor and ensure compliance with MiFID II, EMIR, REMIT, MAR, Bribery Act, Modern Slavery, and ECCTA. Serve as initial compliance contact, evaluate regulatory developments, represent the company in forums, develop policies, deliver training, and collaborate with internal stakeholders including front office and Legal.

Provide industrial hygiene and safety expertise across operations, ensuring compliance, conducting health risk assessments, coaching health staff, supporting incident investigations and emergency response, and embedding worker health protection via programs, audits and stakeholder engagement.

As a 3rd Mate, you'll navigate the vessel, maintain safety equipment, assist in cargo operations, and stand watches, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.

The Oiler will assist the First Assistant Engineer in monitoring and maintaining engine room machinery, performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and participating in drills and emergencies aboard tankers.

The Able Bodied Seaman will assist in docking procedures, stand watch, perform maintenance duties, and ensure safety on board the vessel, working under the direction of senior officers.
