Provides legal advice and manages outside counsel on Alaska operational and transactional matters, including oil and gas regulation, contracts, administrative law, environmental issues, disputes, and strategic planning. Drafts and negotiates agreements, supports regulatory compliance and business opportunities, collaborates with senior management and asset teams, and represents the company before agencies, industry organizations, co-owners, and external counsel.

Designs and executes safe, efficient drilling programs for unconventional oil and gas assets. Responsibilities include well planning, permitting, field engineering support, troubleshooting, drilling performance optimization, cost and schedule tracking, process standardization, benchmarking, vendor evaluation, and mentoring. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and supports regulatory compliance, operational integrity, continuous improvement, and environmental stewardship.

Lead development and delivery of enterprise geospatial solutions: advanced spatial analysis, spatial modeling, automated GIS workflows, data governance, integration with business systems, dashboards and web mapping, field support, regulatory reporting, mentorship, and evaluation of emerging geospatial technologies to improve operations and compliance.
