The Portfolio Analyst analyzes portfolio performance data for Connexus Credit Union, identifying trends to support risk management and strategic decision-making. Lead and execute internal audit engagements for a financial institution from planning through reporting. Assess risks and controls, prepare audit programs and workpapers per IIA standards, document control narratives, develop actionable recommendations, communicate results to management, mentor audit team members, perform follow-ups and special projects, and ensure regulatory (including BSA) compliance.

Manage daily mail and package operations, visitor/vendor reception, document imaging and retention, travel and event booking, inventory and supplies, SharePoint and template maintenance, and cross-departmental administrative support to ensure accurate, timely and compliant processing.

Contact members to collect on charged-off accounts via phone, mail, and electronic communications. Process agreements, disputes, and cease-and-desist requests. Perform skip tracing, maintain detailed account records, coordinate with collection agencies and attorneys, prepare reports, and recommend payment plans or legal actions while ensuring regulatory compliance and professional member service.

Design, build, and maintain Data Vault 2.0 data warehouse and Power BI solutions. Develop ETL pipelines, data models, reusable datasets, and data governance. Perform profiling, cleansing, migrations, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize data delivery, automation, and reporting.

Interview and guide members through consumer loan applications, analyze credit and income, underwrite and approve loans up to $30,000, evaluate collateral using valuation tools, ensure regulatory compliance, cross-sell ancillary products, maintain high file accuracy, and provide proactive member communications and loan status updates.

Lead national brand and integrated marketing strategy to drive member acquisition, loan and deposit growth. Build ROI frameworks, oversee creative and campaign production, apply data-driven personalization and testing, manage budgets and agency relationships, and lead a cross-functional marketing team to improve engagement and measurable business outcomes.

The Title Associate assists members with title questions, manages state title transfers, and ensures accurate lien processing, while supporting internal teams and enhancing processes.
