Teams at Connexus Credit Union

Leads moderately complex internal audits from planning through reporting, evaluates internal controls and regulatory compliance, reviews workpapers, develops corrective recommendations, communicates findings to management, and coordinates audit teams. Performs risk assessments, follow-up validation, special projects, and audit scheduling while mentoring team members and maintaining independence, objectivity, and adherence to IIA standards and federal regulations.

Develop machine learning, AI, statistical, and predictive models using Snowflake and other data sources. Perform data extraction, cleansing, feature engineering, experimentation, visualization, and quality analysis. Partner with business and technical teams to deliver data products, conversational analytics, and actionable recommendations. Lead discovery sessions, communicate insights to nontechnical audiences, mentor analysts, and support enterprise data science projects.

Supports the legal team by processing and reviewing levies, garnishments, bankruptcy filings, subpoenas, probate claims, and court documents. Responsibilities include account research, document retrieval and redaction, legal correspondence, docket monitoring, deadline verification, and maintaining accurate case records. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and multiple software systems.
