Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web and mobile applications. Build and expand automation frameworks, test APIs/backend services, track defects, participate in Agile ceremonies, analyze test results, and drive continuous quality improvements to ensure reliable, high-quality software delivery.

This role requires acting as the bridge between Product and Commercial teams, focusing on product adoption, positioning, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring successful product launches and stakeholder alignment.

Lead UK creator sourcing, recruitment, onboarding and activation. Identify high-potential creators, ensure quality and retention, run workshops/events, match creators with brand opportunities, and analyze cohort performance to drive revenue and feedback into product and commercial strategy.
